This site's main purpose is as a point of contact and information for residents in Northampton North constituency and my constituents in Kingsley Ward - the area I represent as a Northampton Borough Councillor. You can find out how to contact me and keep up-to-date with my activities both as a Councillor and the Lib Dems Parliamentary spokesperson.

Northampton is my home and I am very proud of the achievements of the Liberal Democrat run Council and my contribution towards that success. But there is still lots to do!

Nationally we have a Coaltion Government which presents its own challenges but makes it just as important for Northampton to make its voice heard. I aim to play my full part in doing that.

'Dragon Mounds' Welcomed for The Racecourse New! Mon 30th Aug 2010 Kingsley ward Councillor, Andrew Simpson, has welcomed the installation of a new play area for Northampton's Racecourse park that is a series of grassed mounds to represent a 'dragon'. The area is currently under construction in the Leicester street corner of the park.

Call for MP to back Council's Cash for Housing Bid Sat 21st Aug 2010 Andrew Simpson, Liberal Democrat Parliamentary spokesperson for Northampton North, has called on Michael Ellis MP to back the Council's bid for £100 million of PFI funding for housing estates in Thorplands and Eastfield. This follows speculation that the scheme could fall foul of the Coalition Government's funding cuts.
