"I am hoping to speak on the debate on Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) and highlight particularly the impact of the PFI school building scheme in Northamptonshire and the way it has threatened the sale of former school playing fields such as at Parklands and ."

The members attending from Northampton are: Cllrs Andrew Simpson, Richard Church, Jenny Conroy, Roger Conroy, Scott Collins, Jane Hollis, Brian Hoare, Paul Varnsverry and Brendan Glynane and members Fern Conroy, Grant Bowles and Jackie Glynane.
